I watched the Oscar ceremony one hour after its actual start so that I could skip the commercials. The only commercials I still watch are the first ones of the break, not only because they are often movie trailers, but just because it takes a few seconds for my brains to realize that it is time to fast forward, and for me to get rid of the cat, find that remote and finally use it.
Anyway, I was lucky enough to not skip this brilliant commercial from Wes Anderson (Life Aquatic, The Royal Tenenbaums…) for American Express. Guess what, I actually used the rewind touch for that. Probably the best and most cinematic moment of the entire ceremony, by the way…
